At Canary Quay our Shared Ownership* scheme enables you to purchase a property from an initial 25% to 75% share via mortgage or savings with rent payable on the remaining share.

The scheme offers you the chance to buy a share of a property from Broadland Housing, because you only own a part of the property you can buy it with a smaller deposit and mortgage, and then pay rent on the share of the property you do not own together with a monthly service charge.  Option to staircase up to 100% ownership in the future applies to these properties.
